The quaint little town of Oswego is located approx. 50 miles west of Chicago in Kendall County.  It is still small in size but big on character.  Although there are still many open farms still operating in and around Oswego, the growth is occurring all around it with new homes, shopping locations and restaurants.  Oswego is located on the banks of the Fox River and is referred to as being in the Fox River Valley with other communities like Aurora, Batavia, Geneva, Montgomery & St. Charles.

The Deerpath Trails Subdivision is one of Oswego’s premiere communities of custom homes.  When the community is complete there will be roughly 350 homes within the community.  Deerpath Trails is surrounded by parks, wetlands and community bike trails maintained by the Oswegoland Park District.  There are home sites to choose from and a few homes that are being constructed for earlier deliveries to homeowners.  Home prices are from the $300k’s + and most homes consist of a full basement and three car garages.
